The DAC is not failing you. The Provincial Associations are not failing you. Parts of the process of the CDCP are drastically failing, with dire impacts on the profession and the standard of care for denture services across the country. Between The DAC and the Coalition of Provincial Associations, we are putting forward a unified voice in two parts – The DAC to advocate for improved administration processes at SunLife and the PAs to challenge the integrity and root cause of the challenges faced in the pre-determination process.
To address your concerns, and to garner constructive feedback and suggestions, the DAO is holding a Town Hall meeting immediately prior to the AGM on Friday, April 4.
As with the other Provincial Associations in the Coalition, the DAO is collecting specific information from DAO members, that will be used to address issues within the CDCP program for denturists and patients.
The DAO Town Hall Meeting takes place Friday, April 4, 2025 from 9:00am to 10:30am SHARP.
This event will take place prior to the AGM which starts at noon, and will be a Hybrid (In-Person and Online) event.
